Dispute Resolution SolicitorA long established in the heart of Stafford is looking to recruit an NQ Solicitor to join their Commercial Litigation Department.This is a great opportunity for a newly qualified Solicitor to work alongside a partner and be involved in an extremely varied caseload which can encompass:

• Agency disputes
• Banking disputes
• Breach of contract
• Construction agreements and disputes
• Distribution agreements agency and licencing agreements
• Insolvency
• Partnership agreements and disputes
• Professional negligence
• Shareholder disputes
• Share purchase agreements and disputes
• Warranty claims
