Carinity Aged Care – Hilltop, is located on a beautiful 2 ½ acre block overlooking the city and Victoria Park, offering both quiet and convenience. Hilltop accommodates beds for high, low and interim care, providing quality care to each and every resident.

Reporting to the Residential Manager you will be a valuable member of the care team responsible for overseeing the activities program for residents, enhancing their psychological, social, and physical wellbeing. The successful candidate will require the willingness and capability to lead and work within a team whilst also having the ability to engage a dynamic activity program, which will excite residents, staff and visitors.
What do I need for the role?
- Previous experience in a similar role in an Aged Care environment developing leisure programs
- Demonstrated understanding of Person Centred Care
- Ability to complete documentation including assessments
- Certificate 4 in Diversional Therapy as a minimum or another qualification that is recognised by Diversional & Recreational Therapy Australia
- Compassion and a genuine interest in caring for the elderly, supporting their dignity and independence
