About the opportunity
As a Division Assistant, you are responsible for the provision of high-level administrative support to the Head of Quality and the Quality & Strategy division by providing administration advice and support with meetings, internal events, preparation of reports and supporting divisional administrative processes.
In addition to providing general support and assistance, you will prepare and coordinate briefings, manage diary, travel and expense management, and develop and maintain systems and processes for the Head of Quality and Quality & Strategy Division.

About you

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience in a senior administration role
- Previous experience working across multiple senior managers
- Demonstrated experience with diary management and travel arrangements (logistics and events)
- Strong experience liaising with senior external stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience implementing administration improvement initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
