Job Description:Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance Ltd (PAM) is one of six heavy aircraft maintenance providers for our client Ryanair, carrying out maintenance on Ryanair’s entire fleet of New Generation Boeing 737-800 series aircraft, at our Hangar facility located at Prestwick International Airport, Ayrshire, Scotland.We are currently recruiting for a Document Controller to join a team of highly skilled staff, with an essential part to play in safely maintaining a fleet of over 450 aircraft for one of the world’s largest and most successful airlines.Duties include but are not limited to:

• Liaise with Planning, Engineering, Quality and Check Supervisors on the printing of aircraft check packs.
• Print check packs and distribute to the relevant zones of the aircraft.
• Collate all aircraft paperwork once completed and ensure that it is completed correctly.
• Follow up on incomplete / missing paperwork.
• Ensure that all paperwork is scanned, bookmarked, backed up and entered in aircraft records.
• Any other duties / tasks as directed by Supervisor / Manager.

Requirements:Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous Doc Control experience is an advantage.
• Aircraft experience / knowledge is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of AMOS is desirable.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills is essential.
• Strong communication (written & oral).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Must have initiative; be enthusiastic and understand the importance of professional ntegrity.
• Successful candidate is required to provide a clean Disclosure Scotland to work at UK Airports.
