Description of the Assignment: Documentation Consultant
Period of assignment/services: 60 person-days spread over 7 months
Competencies and Qualifications:
The Consultant should possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree holder of Communications, Journalism, or a related field; with training certification(s) in videography, photography, journalism, or visuals arts
- At least seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in the fields of audio-video production, photo documentation, and multi-media development; experience with international organizations Is an advantage
- Must demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in video production processes, technical know-how on the use of the latest technologies in video/photo capture, and familiarity with editing software
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Tagalog; and can speak at least one of the major dialects (Bisaya, Cebuano, Hiligaynon, and Ilonggo) of Mindanao based on either of the sample works submitted and interview.
Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
