Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a dedicated Documentation Registered Nurse to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring optimal outcomes and experiences for our residents.
Utilising a multi-disciplinary approach with great attention to detail, you will ensure clinical assessments, care plans, and documentation accurately reflect customers’ health and wellness journeys, care needs, and legislative requirements.

What can you expect to be doing?
- Collaborate with the AN-ACC and Documentation Coordinator for holistic service delivery.
- Efficiently manage admissions, clinical assessments, and care plans for residents.
- Supervise accurate completion of customer assessments, care plans, and reviews to meet standards.
- Actively participate in Multi-Disciplinary Team meetings, ensuring accountability.
- Demonstrate individual-centered care principles, optimising quality of life through assessments.
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive individualised, customer-focused care by ensuring accurate completion of assessments and care plans.
You’ll thrive if you’re a Registered Nurse with:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse and at least 3 years’ experience.
- A passion to learn and commitment to accuracy.
- Demonstrated experience with care planning, writing clinical assessments and working in a multi-disciplinary approach
- Strong digital literacy and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
