As a Donor RelationsOfficer, you will be a key support for our fundraising activities, ensuring that our donors feel valued and connected to our mission. Your main task will be to build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with individual donors, foundations, and corporate partners. Through effective communication, you will demonstrate to donors the impact of their support, which is essential for continuing our work.
Key Responsibilities:
– Act as the main point of contact for our donors, responding to inquiries and providing regular updates on the impact of their donations.
– Build long-term relationships with existing and potential donors through targeted and personalized communication.
– Maintain and update donor records in our CRM system.
– Draft thank-you letters, reports, and other forms of donor recognition.
Qualifications:
– At least 2 years of experience in donor relations, fundraising, or customer service.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
– Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
– Passion for international development, social impact, or humanitarian work.
– Multilingualism, especially German is required
