Donor Services Team Lead

This is a busy and varied role, based full time from our Coventry office. The post holder will have meticulous attention to detail and excellent customer service skills, with strong financial acumen.

Key responsibilities include the management of the Donor Services staff team, overseeing and delegating day to day tasks, providing support and development as necessary. You will have responsibility for overseeing the processing and reporting of gift donations from supporters and providing regular reports to the Finance department.

The Donor Services Team Lead will respond to donor enquiries and ensure effectiveness of supporter programmes, working closely with the Communications team to produce materials required by the supporters. You will also have responsibility for maintaining legal compliance, with a sound understanding of GDPR, Gift Aid and fundraising regulations.

This role requires a basic DBS check to be carried out.

The job holder should be committed to the purpose of SPI and BGEA and be able to demonstrate enthusiasm for the Christian purposes of the organisation and be able to live out, hold to, support, and contribute to its Christian ethos.
