DRC is increasingly using innovative, private-sector-driven approaches to contribute to change in situations of protracted displacement. The Refugee Investment Facility (RIF) is DRC’s impact investing initiative, developed in collaboration with a specialist impact-investment partner, which combines impact-linked financing with tailored technical assistance (TA) to support high-impact enterprises that create jobs, expand financial inclusion, and improve access to goods and services for refugees and host communities.
