Driver
in Erbil
The position is to be filled as soon as possible, with an initial contract duration until December 31, 2025. Employment location will be Erbil, KRI. The position is paid according to SG2- Part time 50% (702,000 IQD Gross).
The aim of the position is to drive and maintain office vehicles.
Your responsibilities
As a Driver, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Drive staff members and partners on office-related matters/visit.
- Collect and deliver official documents and letters (messenger services).
- Safely transporting employees, and goods to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and good working order of the vehicle.
- Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Conducting routine vehicle inspections and reporting any issues to the fleet department.
- Assisting with loading and unloading as required.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
Your profile
- At least 3 years of relevant previous work experience with national or international NGOs
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to drive for extended period.
- Strong commitment to safety.
- Experience using GPS technology.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance.
- Foreingn languege skills (English, Kurdish and Arabic).
- Familiarity with the local area in Sinjar and other districts in the area.
