OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME

Les Unites d’Appui administratif des bureaux de pays (CSU) ont ete mises en place pour fournir un appui aux responsables et aux membres du personnel afin de leur permettre d’exercer pleinement leurs responsabilites dans l’environnement du GSM et de garantir la conformite aux politiques, procedures, regles et reglements dans toutes les transactions ou pour toutes les questions administratives et financieres, dans le contexte d’un systeme de planification des ressources institutionnelles (ERP).

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Sous la supervision directe de l’Administrateur, le titulaire s’acquitte des taches suivantes:–> Conduire les vehicules du service pour assurer le transport du personnel autorise et la livraison et la collecte du courrier, des documents et autres elements;–> Accueillir et conduire le personnel officiel a l’aeroport et faciliter les formalites douanieres et d’immigration, au besoin;–> Assurer l’entretien quotidien du vehicule affecte, verifier l’huile, l’eau, la batterie, les freins, les pneus, etc., effectuer les reparations mineures et prendre les dispositions pour les autres reparations, l’entretien regulier et veiller a ce que le vehicule reste toujours propre et en bon etat de marche;–> Consigner au quotidien les voyages officiels, le kilometrage, les consommations de carburant, la vidange, le graissage, etc.;–> Veiller a ce que les mesures prescrites par les regles et reglements soient prises en cas d’accident;–> S’acquitter d’autres taches selon le besoin sur la base de l’autorisation du Charge des Operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Essential: Au minimum des etudes du premier cycle du secondaire et un permis de conduire valide du pays
Desirable:

Experience

Essential: Avoir au moins tdeux (2) ans d’experience dans la conduite en tant que chauffeur et des antecedents de conduite en toute securite.
Desirable: Une experience au sein du systeme des Nations Unies serait un avantage.

Skills

–> Connaissance des regles et reglements du pays en matiere de conduite et capacite a effectuer les reparations mineures du vehicule;–> Capacite a lire, ecrire et comprendre les instructions dans la langue de travail et–> Une capacite a rediger un rapport concis et fidele des accidents /incidents.

REMUNERATION

WHO offers staff in the General Services category an attractive remuneration package, which for the above position includes an annual net base salary starting at XOF 5,831,000 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance, as applicable) and 30 days of annual leave.
