تعمل لجنة الإنقاذ الدولية في (العراق) منذ عام (2003) ، وتستجيب لجنة الإنقاذ الدولية (IRC) لأسوأ الأزمات الإنسانية في العالم وتساعد الناس على البقاء على قيد الحياة وإعادة بناء حياتهم. تأسست لجنة الإنقاذ الدولية في عام 1933 ، وتقدم الرعاية المنقذة للحياة والمساعدة في تغيير الحياة للاجئين الذين أجبروا على الفرار من الحرب أو الكوارث.

 

Position Overview:

 

International Rescue Committee intends to hire Transportation Service Providers (Monthly service contract vehicle rental with driver) services based on service agreement contract with individuals having the capacity and experience of rendering such services in Ninawa-Iraq for the transportation of safe personnel. The intended contract shall be based on the daily rate price, all-inclusive (driver, fuel, maintenance, insurance, backup support, legal cover) and shall be valid for a minimum period of three months.

 

نظرة عامة على الوظيفة:

تعتزم لجنة الإنقاذ الدولية توظيف مقدمي خدمات النقل (عقد الخدمة الشهري لتأجير المركبات مع السائق) بناء على عقد اتفاقية الخدمة مع الأفراد الذين لديهم القدرة والخبرة في تقديم مثل هذه الخدمات في نينوى – العراق لنقل الأفراد الآمنين. يجب أن يعتمد العقد المقصود على السعر اليومي، شامل كليا (سائق ، وقود ، صيانة ، تأمين ، دعم احتياطي ، تغطية قانونية) ويجب أن يكون صالحا لمدة لا تقل عن ثلاثة أشهر.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

• The safe and efficient transportation of IRC personnel and materials.
• The representation of IRC in a professional manner.
• The Driver will be managed in his day-to-day activities by Logistic Officer, or as assigned by the line manager.
• The Driver may be assigned duties on weekends, holidays, and after normal working hours of required subject to the supervisor’s discretion.
• The Contractor will provide a vehicle(s) in roadworthy condition, as per requested type of vehicle and will regularly check engine, brakes, air condition, tires, etc. and repair or replace as needed.
• Vehicles will be subject to regular inspection; IRC reserves the right to reject any vehicle or service which does not meet its agreed specifications.
• IRC will not be responsible for any damage, labor, service, or parts.
• The Driver will ensure that the vehicle is equipped with the following:
• functioning seat belts
• spare tire
• first aid kit
• fire extinguisher
• basic tool kit
• The Driver must be respectful to IRC passengers, ensure passengers are provided with the maximum comfort levels possible (e.g., using heaters and A/C when appropriate), and abide by IRC’s Code of Conduct and general guidelines for vehicle usage provided by IRC.
• Only IRC personnel, and/or other persons authorized by IRC, may be carried in vehicles while in service.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• النقل الآمن والفعال لموظفي ومواد لجنة الإنقاذ الدولية.
• تمثيل لجنة الإنقاذ الدولية بطريقة مهنية.
• ستتم إدارة السائق في أنشطته اليومية من قبل موظف لوجستي ، أو على النحو الذي يحدده المدير المباشر.
• قد يتم تكليف السائق بواجبات في عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات وبعد ساعات العمل العادية المطلوبة وفقا لتقدير المشرف.
• سيوفر السائق مركبة (مركبات) في حالة صالحة للسير على الطريق ، وفقا لنوع السيارة المطلوبة وسيقوم بفحص المحرك والفرامل وتكييف الهواء والإطارات وما إلى ذلك بانتظام وإصلاحه أو استبداله حسب الحاجة.
• ستخضع المركبات للتفتيش المنتظم ، وتحتفظ IRC بالحق في رفض أي مركبة أو خدمة لا تفي بمواصفاتها المتفق عليها.
• لن تكون IRC مسؤولة عن أي ضرر أو عمالة أو خدمة أو أجراء.

 

• سيتأكد السائق من أن السيارة مجهزة بما يلي:

o أحزمة أمان تعمل

o الإطارات الاحتياطية

o حقيبة إسعافات أولية

o طفاية حريق

o مجموعة الأدوات الأساسية

 

• يجب على السائق احترام ركاب IRC ، وضمان تزويد الركاب بأقصى مستويات الراحة الممكنة (على سبيل المثال ، استخدام السخانات وتكييف الهواء عند الاقتضاء) ، والالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك الخاصة ب IRC والإرشادات العامة لاستخدام السيارة المقدمة من IRC.
• لا يجوز نقل سوى موظفي لجنة الإنقاذ الدولية و / أو الأشخاص الآخرين المصرح لهم من قبل لجنة الإنقاذ الدولية في المركبات أثناء الخدمة.

• Minimum two years of work as a professional driver
• No road safety-related fines or convictions. Thorough knowledge of road rules and
• Skills in routine vehicle maintenance and minor repair
• Knowledge (or ability to quickly learn) of GPS (tracker) devices.
• Team spirit and problem-solving
• Able to carry out limited, un-supervised tasks
• Drivers must display an attitude and behavior that reflects well on both them and the IRC
• Level high school
• Valid driving license
• Able to pass IRC driving
• Experience with INGO/LNGO.
• Demonstration of local area (area of operation) knowledge.

 

متطلبات الوظيفة:

 

• ما لا يقل عن سنتين من العمل كسائق محترف
• لا توجد غرامات أو إدانات متعلقة بالسلامة على الطرق. معرفة شاملة بقواعد وأنظمة الطريق.
• مهارات في الصيانة الروتينية للمركبة والإصلاح البسيط
• المعرفة (أو القدرة على التعلم بسرعة) من أجهزة GPS (تعقب).
• روح الفريق وقدرات حل المشكلات.
• قادر على تنفيذ مهام محدودة وغير خاضعة للإشراف
• يجب على السائق إظهار موقف وسلوك ينعكس بشكل جيد عليهم وعلى لجنة الإنقاذ الدولية
• مستوى التعليم الثانوي.
• رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول
• قادرة على اجتياز اختبار القيادة IRC.
• خبرة مع المنظمات غير الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية الأخرى.
• المعرفة بالمنطقة المحلية (منطقة العمليات).

 

The International Rescue Committee, (IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict.

 

لجنة الإنقاذ الدولية (IRC) هي منظمة دولية خاصة غير منحازة لطائفة معينة و طوعية تقدم خدمات الاغاثة، الحماية و اعادة التوطين للاجئين و ضحايا القمع او الصراعات العنيفة.

 

 

The IRC Iraq country program is issuing this announcement to invite Individual drivers with vehicles to establish an agreement for the supply of vehicles as per the details outlined below. The aim is to select individual service providers to provide the required vehicles for the International Rescue Committee

1. Vehicle with driver in Baghdad, the required number of vehicles is 1 vehicle.

Type of required vehicle: mid-SUV (RAV4, Sportage or Tucson)

All individual service providers which are technically qualified for the supply of the above services are invited to submit their CVs.

 

 

يصدر برنامج IRC في العراق هذا الإعلان لدعوة السائقين الأفراد الذين لديهم مركبات لتوقيع اتفاقية لتوريد المركبات وفقا للتفاصيل الموضحة أدناه. الهدف هو اختيار مقدمي الخدمات الفردية لتوفير المركبات المطلوبة للجنة الإنقاذ الدولية1.سيارة مع سائق في بغداد، العدد المطلوب 1 سيارة (راف 4، سبورتاج  أو توكسان)  جميع مقدمي الخدمات الأفراد المؤهلين تقنيا لتقديم الخدمات المذكورة أعلاه مدعوون لتقديم سيرهم الذاتية.
