OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME

Les unites d’appui administratif des bureaux de pays (CSU) ont ete mises en place dans l’organigramme pour fournir un appui aux responsables et aux membres du personnel afin de leur permettre d’exercer pleinement leurs responsabilites dans l’environnement du GSM et de garantir la conformite aux politiques, procedures, regles et reglements dans toutes les transactions ou pour toutes les questions administratives et financieres, dans le contexte d’un systeme de planification des ressources institutionnelles (ERP)

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Sous la supervision directe du charge des operations,le titulaire s’acquitte des taches suivantes:1- Conduire de maniere sure et securisee,conformement aux normes de l’UNDSS et de l’OMS et au code de la route local. 2-Veiller au respect total de toutes les regles de securite, de circulation et de surete 3 -Etre responsable de la securite du transport du personnel de l’OMS en toute circonstance. 4 -Veiller a ce que les autres usagers de la route ne subissent aucun prejudice du fait des operations routieres de l’OMS. 5-Effectuer des deplacements sur le terrain – Faciliter le transport des personnels autorises de l’OMS vers et depuis des lieux precis au Senegal. 6 -Maintenir le vehicule en bon etat de marche. 7-Effectuer des reparations mineures et organiser d’autres reparations, assurer le bon fonctionnement et la proprete du vehicule. 8-Realiser l’entretien quotidien du vehicule attribue, verifie l’huile, l’eau, la batterie, les freins, les pneus,etc., effectue des reparations mineures et organise d’autres reparations,l’entretien regulier et assure le bon fonctionnement et la proprete du vehicule. 9-Enregistrer les deplacements officiels, le kilometrage quotidien, les consommations d’essence, les vidanges d’huile, les graissages, etc. 10-S’assurer que les regles de l’OMS sont respectees en cas d’implication dans un accident. 11-Effectuer toute autre tache connexe selon les besoins. 12-Donner des conseils sur les questions relatives a l’entretien des vehicules et prendre des decisions concernant les deplacements non clairs a effectuer sur le terrain. 13-Veiller sur l’etat de reparation des vehicules pouvant affecter la rapidite et la precision des travaux et services individuels, c’est-a-dire sur l’achat de pieces detachees et l’entretien du vehicule. 14-Assurer la liaison avec les fonctionnaires de l’aeroport et des douanes ainsi qu’avec les fonctionnaires du ministere des Affaires etrangeres et organiser l’accueil des visiteurs de l’OMS ; 15-. Aider aux formalites d’immigration et autransport;.16-Aiderau traitement des passeports, des visas aupres du ministere des Affaires etrangeres, des ambassades, etc., et obtenir les autorisations de voyage en dehors du lieu d’affectation ;17-Aider lepersonnel dans les enquetes sur les taxes douanieres si necessaire18- Soutenir l’assistance aeroportuaire pour les dignitaires et lespersonnalites des douanes et de l’immigration et fournir un soutien actif lorsdes reunions des comites regionaux19-Executer toute autre tache assignee.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Essential: Au minimum le niveau du premier cycle du secondaire et un permis de conduire valide du pays.
Desirable: Formation en mecanique automobileFormation au protocole

Experience

Essential: Avoir au moins trois (03) ans d’experience dans la conduite en tant que chauffeur et des antecedents de conduite en toute securite
Desirable: Une experience dans des taches liees au protocole, y compris lesoutien aux expatries en termes de traitement devisas, de delivrance de cartesd’identite diplomatiques, d’importation/exportation/immatriculation devehicules diplomatiques, de services consulaires et de taches liees al’aeroport.Une experience au moins d’une annee(01) avec OMS ou une autre agence du systeme des Nations Unies serait unavantage

Skills

Competences fonctionnelles: 1. Connaissances des regles de conduite et reglements du pays.2. Familiers aux procedures et besoins de transport des personnalites3. Connaissance de la «courtoisie et politesse» inherentes aux chauffeurs et se jouir de ses facultes mentales et physiques4. Capacite a lire, ecrire et comprendre des instructions dans les langues de travail officielles.5. Aptitude a rediger des rapports d’accident concis et detaille, le cas echeant.

REMUNERATION

WHO offers staff in the General Services category an attractive remuneration package, which for the above position includes an annual net base salary starting at XOF 7,701,000 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance, as applicable) and 30 days of annual leave.
