Brief description of the organization

Yazda is a non-governmental, non-profit organization established in 2014 in response to the genocide committed by the self-declared Islamic State (“IS”) against the Yazidis and other communities in Iraq and Syria. Since its inception, Yazda has worked with local and international partners to provide Yazidi survivors, IDPs, and refugees with humanitarian, accountability, and advocacy services in their post-genocide recovery. Yazda has been working in Iraq since October 2014 and operates out of the main offices in Duhok in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and out of the Sinoni office in Sinjar in Nineveh Province. Yazda is registered as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in the United States and is registered in Erbil, Baghdad, the United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, and Australia.

الوصف الوظيفي: 

يزدا من خلال مشروعها في دهوك بحاجة إلى سائق مع سيارة لنقل موظفي يزدا من المكتب إلى الميدان وبالعكس، بما في ذلك السفر إلى المدن الأخرى التي تنشط فيها يزدا.

المسؤوليات والواجبات: 

1- عام
· يجب على السائق الالتزام دائمًا بالحد الأقصى للسرعة.
· يُمنع السائق من استخدام الهاتف المحمول أثناء القيادة.
· يجب أن يكون السائق دائما في الوقت المحدد.
2- نقل الركاب
· يمنع منعا باتا دخول الركاب غير المصرح لهم.
· سائق مسؤول عن نقل الموظفين داخل وخارج المدن التي يتواجدون بها.
3- صيانة المركبات
· السائق مسؤول عن تجهيز المركبة للعمل في أي وقت خلال أيام العمل.
· إعادة تعبئة المركبة بالوقود والاستعداد الدائم للعمل.
· التأكد من نظافة السيارة بالكامل وغسلها كل يوم عمل.
4- الأعطال والحوادث والإبلاغ عنها
· الإبلاغ فورًا عن أي حوادث اعطال أو موقف أمني إلى مدير الأمن المباشر.
· التأكد من سلامة جميع الركاب وإجلائهم من السيارة بشكل مناسب.
· الامتثال لجميع الطلبات المعقولة لأي شخص آخر مشارك في الحادث.
· الامتثال لجميع أوامر قوات الأمن والشرطة الوطنية وخدمات الطوارئ.
· في حالة مغادرة السيارة، اخذ جميع المستندات والبضائع ذات القيمة العالية من السيارة.
· التأكد من أن المركبة تحتوي على حقيبة إسعافات أولية وطفاية حريق
5- الأمن
· يجب إغلاق الأبواب وإغلاق النوافذ عند السفر عبر المناطق الجبلية.
· يجب عدم ترك الأشياء الثمينة معروضة في السيارة.
· لا يجوز للسائق التوقف بالقرب من أي قاعدة عسكرية دون أمر.
· يجب على السائق عدم التحرك بدون خطاب معتمد لنقطة التفتيش.
مسؤولية أخرى
· ينبغي أن يكون السائق مرناً جداً مع الموظفين.
· احترام سياسة وإجراءات يزدا.
· احترام أسرار العمل.

 

Job description: 

Yazda through its project in Duhok in need of Driver with a Car to transport Yazda staff from the office to the field and verses, including travelling to other cities where Yazda is active. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

1- General

• Driver must always comply with the speed limit.
• Driver is expressly forbidden to use mobile phones while driving.
• Driver shall be always on time.

2- Transportation of Passengers

• Unauthorized passengers are strictly forbidden.
• Driver responsible for transporting the staff inside and outside the cities in which they are based.

3- Vehicle maintenance

• Driver responsible for making the vehicle ready to work anytime during working days.
• Refilling the vehicle with fuel and always ready for work.
• Ensure that the vehicle is fully clean and washed every working day.

4- Breakdowns, Accidents & Reporting

• Immediately report any accidents breaks or security situation to the line security manager.
• Ensure that all passengers are safe and appropriately evacuating them from the vehicle.
• Comply with all reasonable requests of any other person involved in the accident.
• Comply with all orders from the security forces, national police, and emergency services.
• If leaving the vehicle, take all documents and high value goods from the vehicle.
• Ensure that the vehicle contains a first aid kit and fire extinguisher

5- Security

• Doors should be locked and windows closed when traveling through mountain areas.
• Valuable items must not be left on display in the vehicle.
• Driver should not stop close to any military base without order.
• Driver should not move without an authorized letter for checkpoint.

Other Responsibility

• The driver should be very flexible with the staff.
• Respecting Yazda policy and procedure.
• Respecting work confidentialities.

 

 

 

 

المؤهلات والمهارات: 

– رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول

– يجب ان يكون موديل السيارة لا يقل عن 2019.

– السيارة بحالة جيدة ومطابقة لمتطلبات يزدا.

-خبرة عمل لا تقل عن سنتين (2) مع المنظمات غير الحكومية في العراق

– معرفة الطرق والمواقع التي تعمل أو تزورها يزدا.

– مهارات تواصل جيدة

-على علم بالأمن والمخاطر المحتملة في المنطقة

– فهم السياسات والإجراءات الأمنية الرئيسية

 

– Valid Driving licence

– Vehicle Model year not less than 2019.

– Vehicle in good condition and matching Yazda requirements.

– Minimum two years of experience with NGOs in Iraq

– Knowledge of roads and locations where Yazda is working or visiting.

– Good communication skills

– Aware of the Security and possible risks in the area

– Understand main security policies and procedures
