Driver with Car-Erbil and Mosul

The Iraqi Institution for Development (IID), a non-profit humanitarian organization in Iraq, is inviting qualified companies  in car rentals and driving services to apply for the following positions:

Job Description:

The Iraqi Institution for Development (IID) is seeking both companies  to provide car rental services, including drivers, under a service contract. The responsibilities include:

1. Car and Driver Service:

   • Provision of cars with drivers.
   • The service includes fuel, maintenance, and insurance.
   • The driver is responsible for any accidents.

2. Service Requirements:

   • The service must be available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
   • Coverage area includes unlimited kilometers within the governorate, movement within governorates, and travel to other governorates if necessary.

3. Car Specifications:

   • Three four-wheel-drive cars.
   • Model year 2019 or newer.

4. Service Locations:

   • 1 car for Erbil.
   • 2 cars for Mosul.

وصف:

تبحث المؤسسة العراقية للتنمية (IID) عن شركات تأجير السيارات، بموجب عقد خدمة. وتشمل المسؤوليات ما يلي:

1. خدمة السيارة والسائق:

   • توفير سيارات مع سائقين.
   • تشمل الخدمة الوقود، الصيانة، والتأمين.
   • السائق مسؤول عن أي حوادث.

2. متطلبات الخدمة:

   • يجب أن تكون الخدمة متاحة من الساعة 8:00 صباحًا حتى الساعة 5:00 مساءً، مع ساعة استراحة من 1:00 ظهرًا حتى 2:00 ظهرًا.
   • تشمل منطقة التغطية كيلومترات غير محدودة داخل المحافظة، الحركة داخل المحافظات، والسفر إلى المحافظات الأخرى إذا لزم الأمر.

3. مواصفات السيارة:

   • ثلاث سيارات دفع رباعي.
   • موديل عام 2019 أو أحدث.

4. مواقع الخدمة:

   • 1 سيارة في أربيل.
   • 2 سيارة في الموصل.

Applicants will be selected based on meeting the above-mentioned requirements. Shortlisted companies and individuals will be contacted for driving tests and vehicle audits.
