The Iraqi Institution for Development (IID), a non-profit humanitarian organization in Iraq, is inviting qualified companies and individuals specialized in car rentals and driving services to apply for the following positions:

Job Description:

The Iraqi Institution for Development (IID) is seeking both companies and individuals to provide car rental services, including drivers, under a service contract. The responsibilities include:

1. Car and Driver Service:

   • Provision of cars with drivers.
   • The service includes fuel, maintenance, and insurance.
   • The driver is responsible for any accidents.

2. Service Requirements:

   • The service must be available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
   • Coverage area includes unlimited kilometers within the governorate, movement within governorates, and travel to other governorates if necessary.

3. Car Specifications:

   • Three four-wheel-drive cars.
   • Model year 2019 or newer.

4. Service Locations:

   • 1 car for Erbil.
   • 2 cars for Mosul.

• Qualifications & Preferred Skills:

  • For Companies:

    • Must be a registered company with a valid commercial license.
    • Proven experience in providing car rental services with drivers.
    • Ability to provide maintenance and insurance for the vehicles.

  • For Individuals:

    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
    • Experience in driving service vehicles.
    • Ability to maintain and ensure the vehicle’s operational status.

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Experience working with non-profit or humanitarian organizations.
    • Ability to provide additional vehicles/drivers on short notice if required.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
