Background 

Sherzad Ismail Hussein Company (S.I.H Co) is a local transportation company that specializes in Renting services and selling/Purchasing vehicles, Sherzad Company was founded in 1998. The company has experience in renting all types of vehicles for more than 25 years in Federal Iraq and the Kurdistan region of Iraq. Providing transportation services to local citizens, local and international organizations, and companies with high-standard quality is the purpose of the establishment. Sherzad Company has built a good reputation in rendering the service.

Sherzad Company has several branches throughout Iraq and the Dubai – United Arab Emirates office recently became the headquarters office of the company. The company provides vehicle renting services in all locations in 15 cities in Iraq.

PURPOSE OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

SIH is planning to hire a pool of individual Drivers with their Vehicles, including Car depreciation, Insurance (Full Coverage), Fuel, and maintenance. The activity will be based in Erbil with frequent trips around the city. The Driver will be reporting to the Company Fleet Officer.

Sherzad Company will require 3 types of vehicles (Sedan, SUV 5 or 7 Seats, or Pickup), if you have any of the below vehicle types, you are invited to submit your interest.

Sedan VEHICLE SPECIFICATIONS

• Engine Capacity 1.8 cc
• The acceptable models for Sedan (Toyota Corolla, Nissan Altima, Mitsubishi Hyundai Elantra, or equivalent)
• The product year of the Sedan must be a minimum of 2021.
• Automatic Transmission
• White Color is always preferred.
• Valid Vehicle registration (minimum 2025)
• The Vehicle must be in good condition

SUV VEHICLE SPECIFICATIONS (4-wheel Drive)

• SUV with 5 or 7 seats or Pick up
• Engine Capacity Minimum 2.0
• The acceptable models for SUV (Kia Sorento, Hyundai Santa Fe, Kia Sportage, Hyundai Tecson, Mitsubishi Outlander, or equivalent)
• The product year of the Sedan must be a minimum of 2021.
• Automatic Transmission
• White Color is always preferred.
• Valid Vehicle registration (minimum 2025)
• The Vehicle must be in good condition.

Pickup VEHICLE SPECIFICATIONS (4-wheel Drive)

• The acceptable models for Pickup (Toyota Hilux, Mitsubishi L 200, or equivalent)
• Engine Capacity Minimum 2.0
• The product year of the Vehicle must be a minimum of 2021.
• Automatic or Manual Transmission
• White Color is always preferred.
• Valid Vehicle registration (minimum 2025).
• The Vehicle must be in good condition.
