The DSS Marketing Supervisor is responsible for the development, administration and management of the projects, tools and reports supporting the DSS Marketing team. This role requires a keen analytical mindset, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Key responsibilities and associated activities:
Generate Performance Reports: Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimization;
Conduct Recurring Analysis: Create specific and recurring analyses such as New/Repeat customer metrics, Top Customers analysis, etc.;
Manage GLR Cycle: Oversee the GLR (General Rates) cycle by generating cost files, serving as the point of contact for countries, reviewing proposals and strategies, and coordinating with various teams (DAP, key-entry, Corporate);
Handle Promo Codes: Lead the setup, implementation, and activation process for promo codes, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness;
Coordinate Website Development Team: Facilitate communication and collaboration among a digital website developer team, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives, timelines, and quality standards;
Prepare Ad Hoc Analysis: Generate ad hoc analyses on various topics based on identified insights and trends, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.

Competitor Analysis: Proficient in monitoring competitor campaigns on digital platforms, conducting thorough analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement;
Language Skills: Strong English language skills, both written and spoken;
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
