تبحث جمعية درر العراق للتنميةالبشرية عن مقترحات من مقدمي العروض المؤهلين لتصميم وترويج فيلم وثائقي قصير يجسد التراث الشعبي الغني في قضاء الزبير. سيتضمن المشروع إنشاء سيناريو مقنع، تصوير في مواقع ذات صلة، وحملة ترويجية.

نطاق العمل:

1. تطوير السيناريو

   – البحث وتطوير سيناريو مفصل يبرز الجوانب الثقافية والتاريخية والاجتماعية للعادات والتقاليد  والفرق الشعبية في الزبير.

   – تضمين مقابلات مع أعضاء المجتمع، والمؤرخين، والخبراء الثقافيين.

2. مواقع التصوير

   – تحديد والحصول على الأذونات اللازمة للتصوير في المواقع الهامة داخل منطقة الزبير.

   – يجب أن تعكس المواقع التراث والحياة اليومية للموروث الشعبي والفرق الشعبية في الزبير

3. المدة والتنسيق:

   – يجب أن يكون طول الفيلم الوثائقي حوالي 3-5 دقيقة.

   – مطلوب جودة فيديو عالية الدقة.

4. فترة التنفيذ:

   – يجب الانتهاء من المشروع في غضون 45 يوم من تاريخ توقيع العقد.

5. انتاج الفيديو ليكون مؤهل للترويج

   – تطوير الفيديو ليكون مادة ترويجية شاملة لضمان الانتشارالواسع للفيلم الوثائقي.

   – سهل النشر على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، ووسائل ان الإعلام المحلية، والفعاليات المجتمعية للترويج للفيديو.

متطلبات التقديم

1. العرض الفني

   – مخطط للسيناريو المقترح والمواضيع الرئيسية التي سيتم تغطيتها.

   – قائمة بالمواقع المحتملة للتصوير.

   – الجدول الزمني المقترح والجدول الزمني للإنجاز.

2. العرض المالي

   – تفصيل الميزانية بما في ذلك تكاليف تطوير السيناريو، التصوير، التحرير، والترويج.

   – السعر الإجمالي للتصوير والإنتاج  بالكامل.

3. مؤهلات مقدم العرض:

   – الخبرة السابقة في إنتاج الأفلام الوثائقية.

   – أمثلة على الأعمال السابقة، خاصة تلك المتعلقة بالمواضيع الثقافية أو التراثية.

   – مؤهلات الفريق والأدوار.

موعد التسليم

– يجب تقديم جميع العروض بحلول [15/8/2024].

Design and Production of a Documentary Film

 Project Title: Documentary on public Heritage in Zubair District, Basra Governorate

 Project Overview:

We are seeking proposals from qualified vendors to design and produce a short documentary film that showcases the rich heritage of Zubair District. The project will include the creation of a compelling scenario, filming at relevant locations, and a promotional campaign.

 Scope of Work

1.Scenario Development:

   – Research and develop a detailed scenario that highlights the cultural, historical, and social aspects of Afro-Iraqis in Zubair.

   – Include interviews with community members, historians, and cultural experts.

 2.Filming Locations:

   – Identify and obtain permissions for filming at significant locations within Zubair District.

   – Locations should reflect the heritage and daily life of the local folk traditions and folk groups in Zubair.

3.Duration and Format:

   – The documentary should be approximately 3-5 minutes in length.

   – High-definition video quality is required.

4. Implementation Period:

   – The project should be completed within 45 days from the date of contract signing.

5.Video Production for Promotion:

   – Develop the video to be a comprehensive promotional material to ensure wide dissemination.

   – Ensure it is easily shareable on social media, local media outlets, and community events for promotion.

   – Examples of past work, particularly those related to cultural or heritage topics.

   – Team qualifications and roles.
