Cogent Staffing are on the hunt for a dynamic, tech-savvy Digital Sales & Ecommerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be the pivotal force in managing our incoming ecommerce sales, providing custom quotes for incoming customer inquiries, spearheading pro-active sales initiatives, and navigating the fast-paced world of digital marketing.Package:

• £24,000-£27,000 salary
• Uncapped commission/bonus potential
• Small family run business
• Monday to Friday office hours
• Must be OK with dogs (2 office dogs!)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ecommerce Sales Management: Oversee and optimize the ecommerce sales process; monitor and analyse sales trends, user engagement, and performance metrics to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Custom Quoting: Respond to customer inquiries by providing tailored quotes that balance their needs with our business objectives. You will utilize your outstanding communication and negotiation skills to seal deals and foster long-term relationships with our clients.
• Pro-Active Sales: Leverage market insights and customer behaviour data to identify sales opportunities and devise impactful strategies. Your proactive approach will help us anticipate client needs, capture new business, and increase sales.
• Digital Marketing: Develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns that expand our brand’s reach and enhance customer engagement. Experience in SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing is essential.
• Successful candidates must have a ability to drive sales growth in a digital environment, a keen understanding of ecommerce, and a passion for leveraging technology to solve business challenges.
