The consultant will support the delivery of e-learning courses on trade facilitation to National Trade Facilitation Committees.

Duties and Responsibilities
The consultant will work in the framework of UNDA project on “Blockchains for facilitating trade and enhancing competitiveness”. This work is related to the second Module/course on blockchain. Under the supervision of the Chief of the Trade Facilitation Section, Trade Logistics Branch, Division on Technology and Logistics, the consultant will undertake the following activities. • Supporting the programming of course on Blockchain and Trade Facilitation Spanish and English on the UNCTAD’ s Trade Facilitation e-learning platform • Conducting Customer relationship duties related to UNCTAD Trade Facilitation E-learning platform for the course,respond to queries from e-learning participants, enroll participants into the courses, using the selected Learning Managing System (LMS) Learnworlds • Proofreading the second module of the Spanish version of the e-learning course on blockchain • Designing quizzes, further reading, and webinar cards • Assisting in the organization of the e-learning webinars, preparing web announcements, sending invitations, preparing presentations, following up on students’ progress • Supporting with reporting activities of the projects gathering data for the different KPIs, data visualization • Creating webinar rooms and sending invitations using different tools • Compressing, cutting and uploading webinar recordings into the e-learning platform • Managing students’ registrations, grading, and follow-up inside the platform • Creating strategies to ensure an increase in students’ participation within the platform • Creating user reports on using the reporting functionalities
Qualifications/special skills
An advanced university degree, Master, in management, business, international affairs, logistics or any related area is required At least 2 years of relevant experience in capacity building, communication, organizing webinars, workshops, or similar events in trade facilitation is required. Experience in the UN system is desirable. Experience in the learnworlds elearning management system (LMS) is required.
Languages
Fluency oral and written in English and Spanish is required.
