Job Description
EACHChild is a service of EACH, providing high-quality child care and education services from our centre in Ringwood East. The 122 place not for profit childcare centre provides early learning and a kindergarten programs that are inclusive of all children up to the age of 5 years.
Your days will be varied and include;
- Understanding of a developmentally appropriate educational program in line with NQS/EYLS
- Participation in family focused support for parents and families
- Identifying developmental and/or welfare concerns in conjunction with your Centre Manager
- Participating in staff meetings and professional development days
You will have a recent Police Check, conducted in the last 60 days, or could successfully obtain one, a current first aid, Anaphalaxis, Asthma & CPR certificate and an Employee Working with Children Check.

Qualifications
We are looking for engaging candidates with strong written and verbal communication skills. If you are qualified with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education working on a full-time basis coupled with experience in childcare and have a genuine passion for educating children, you might be exactly the person we’re looking for!
EACHChild is looking for Early Childhood Educators with knowledge of NQS/EYLF and experience in long day care in all age groups to provide support and education, high quality early childcare and building rapport with children, staff and parents.
Flexibility is a must for this role, the centre is operational from 6.30am to 6.15pm (shift length is 7.6 hours) scheduled on a rotating roster with some shifts required at short notice. Confidence in your knowledge of early childhood education and long day care and ability to work shifts across the centre opening hours are essential.
