About the opportunity
Located on Melville Street in the heart of the Hobart CBD, our Early Learning service supports children to explore, discover and learn.
We are looking to grow our longstanding team of Teachers and Educators team and this role will assist our Lead Educators working across one or multiple rooms directly with children to deliver and contribute to the early learning program.
You will play a pivotal role to our ongoing commitment for improving outcomes for children and changing their life trajectories.

About you
You are a motivated and experienced Educator with a passion for learning. Working well within a team, you are proactive in your day-to-day work and collaborate with the Lead Educator and others to ensure the program is meeting the needs of the children and expectations of their families.
Holding a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or approved equivalent) you have a sound knowledge of early learning quality and educational frameworks.
You contribute to all learning environments, providing feedback to Lead Educators on the program and support the documenting of learning across the day.
