We currently have exciting opportunities for Permanent Full and Part-Time positions for Cert III and Diploma Qualified Educators.

Thriving Futures is an empowering program dedicated to nurturing educators and supporting early learning centres. We’re committed to building a strong and sustainable workforce in remote and regional communities across Australia. As part of our mission, Thriving Futures is directly collaborating with Early Learning Centres in the vibrant town of Newman. We offer FREE supported training in Early Childhood Education and Care for both experienced educators and those aspiring to kickstart their careers in this rewarding field.
The successful candidate will require:
- Cert III or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent (essential for ECT roles)
- Experience working with children and a commitment to gaining a formal Early Childhood qualification
- Full working rights in Australia
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
