This role sits within the Early Childhood and Integrated services team who have a particular focus on early childhood and integrated services in remote communities across the NT. The role is located in Darwin and will include the opportunity to travel remotely.
This position provides quality and evidence-based policy development, analysis and advice to support to the department’s integrated early childhood services to drive continuous improvement. In addition to this the work will assist in implementing strategic directions of the department and national policy agenda for early childhood education and care.
It will include leading research, consultation, development and review of service integration policies to provide guidance to programs and key stakeholders.
The role will require you to proactively engage and develop strong collaborative relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in the analysis of existing and promoted models of integrated services and delivery of early childhood education program.
You will be required to collaborate in data collection and analysis of current and emerging trends in early childhood integrated services to inform strategic and operational decision-making and policy recommendations.
