ECHA/TRN/2025/012 – Corporate Services Unit (R3) – MST The Corporate Services Unit is one of the key supporting units of the Agency. The Unit provides services to internal and external stakeholders with a high serviceoriented mind set. The services provided include Meeting Support Services, Building Maintenance and Physical Security as well as Environmental Compliance and eResource services. The trainee will join the Meeting Support Services team.

Assignment
• Provide administrative, logistical and secretarial support to meetings and events organised by ECHA.
• Liaise with other staff responsible for meetings and conferences.
• Explore and analyse the use of the main tool used in ECHA for organising meetings (ELM) and propose improvements in the processes.
• Learn the virtual meeting technologies used by ECHA and assist users when they need to join.
• Support the administration of the reimbursement claims by responding to reimbursements related inquiries and collecting the necessary documentation.
• Prepare reports.

Profile
• Completed university degree, preferable in the area of Administration, or Hospitality management.
• Service orientation.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Problem solving skills, often with a tight timetable.
• Capacity to interact with internal and external stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
• Experience in using MS Office tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Aptitude for teamwork.
• Good English skills both written and spoken (as this is the working language of the Agency).
