Position Overview:

Janat Al-Frdaws foundation for relief and development (JF) is seeking an experienced and dynamic trainer to lead comprehensive training sessions focused on enhancing soft skills and fostering economic self-resilience among participants. The trainer will cover a wide range of topics over a 5-day training session, with the aim of equipping trainees with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in entrepreneurship and navigate economic challenges effectively. This position involves working closely with facilitators to ensure the successful delivery of training sessions and the development of business plans by participants.

Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions on various subjects related to soft skills and economic self-resilience, including but not limited to understanding economics, financial literacy, market analysis, business planning, legal considerations, marketing, sales, financial management, risk management, networking, innovation, resilience, time management, leadership, ethics, technology, and exit strategies.

  • Develop engaging and interactive training materials, presentations, and activities to facilitate learning and encourage participant engagement.
  • Collaborate with facilitators to provide comprehensive support and guidance to participants throughout the training sessions.
  • Adapt training content and delivery methods to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of participants.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through participant feedback and performance assessments, and make adjustments as needed to ensure learning objectives are met.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to participants to help them develop and refine their business plans.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to entrepreneurship and economic self-resilience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, education, or any related field
  • Holds accredited training certificates in the field of entrepreneurship
  • Proven experience in delivering training sessions on topics related to entrepreneurship, business development, and soft skills development.
  • Strong understanding of economic principles and their practical implications for entrepreneurship and self-resilience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate interactive learning experiences and engage participants in discussions and activities.
  • Experience working with groups from diverse backgrounds and cultures, with sensitivity to cultural differences and varying levels of expertise.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively with facilitators and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

This is a part-time position, with two training sessions per month, each consisting of a 5-day training session for groups of 15-20 participants. The successful candidate will play a critical role in empowering participants to develop their business plans and build the skills and confidence needed to succeed in entrepreneurship.
