The Opportunity
As a key member of the Monash Global Leadership Development Program Team, you’ll play an important role in providing educational innovation support and design expertise. Your primary focus will be on shaping the Learning Management System (LMS) and the broader online learning environment for the Leadership Development Program.
Collaborating with the Senior Director, Global Leadership Development Program, and a variety of external providers, you’ll ensure the seamless integration of online resources. Your creativity will shine as you design digital learning objects and materials, supporting the translation of program curricula into engaging online content.
Additionally, your role involves maintaining and updating the LMS and website, and promptly addressing participant inquiries and assistance requests.
About you
To excel in this role, you should bring a wealth of experience in designing and managing online learning environments, including proficiency in Learning Management System administration and website development.
Your strong knowledge of best practices in online learning, coupled with your expertise in designing resources and assessments using HTML, CSS, and/or Javascript, will set you apart.
Demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, you’ll contribute to the optimisation and automation of teaching processes.
