Education Portfolio Lead  

Skills required

You have….

• A Master’s degree, preferably in areas of relevance to education, e.g. social science, social work and pedagogy, public policy, or social innovation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in education-related work in low/middle-income countries (LMICs), preferably in one or more of the following fields: digital transformation, young people’s wellbeing, civic innovation, 21st century skills integration to schools, inclusive education, holistic learning, personalized education, education policy.
• Experience in programmatic work related to education, including monitoring and evaluation
• Considerable experience of working/ living in LMICs.
• Demonstrable ability to identify and address relevant education gaps and opportunities at the country and global level
• Strong partnership development and engagement skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in conveying messages effectively to a range of audiences; Fluency (verbal and written) in English is required, other languages are an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with partners and stakeholders at all levels and across different countries and contexts.
• Facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
