HOW YOU WILL IMPACT OUR MISSION
The Education Program Aide provides Educator Guide level program support for Education programs throughout the year. This position reports to the Education Specialist.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The San Diego Zoo Education & Premium Experiences department seeks outgoing, responsible team members for the Education Program Aide position. This role reports to the Education Experience Supervisor and provides program-level support to facilitate the learning of diverse program audiences. Program Aides are responsible for preparing program materials and equipment, assisting Zoo Educators in classroom and Zoo settings, operating Zoo vehicles, providing one-to-one student support, and leading short activities. In the summer, Program Aides may also work collaboratively with Educators to implement Zoo Summer Camp or premium experiences. Applicants must be a minimum age of 18 years old with a current valid California’s driver’s license.
