About the role:
The Education Program Coordinator provides academic, social and wellbeing support for current students, as well as widening participation activities for school age students to promote young people’s post-secondary aspirations and increase local participation in higher education.
Ideally you will have experience working in rural and regional communities along with tertiary qualifications and experience in education, community development, or youth.

- One of the key accountabilities of the position is to provide academic, social and skill building initiatives and mentoring to our registered students. Discuss you experience in establishing a supportive and collaborative environment that is engaging and provides support to individuals to improve their overall performance.
- Describe a program that you’ve delivered in the community with a focus on young people. Share your experience; the specific role you played, the challenges you encountered, program impact, along with the broader community engagement and anything else achieved .
- Provide an example of a situation where you have worked with external stakeholders on a project, program, initiative, or event. Tell us about the particular situation, and the strategies and skills you used to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
