Job Description:

Program coordination and implementation To ensure day to day implementation of the Education program geared towards access, systems strengthening in Baliet & Tonj North. He reviews and controls activity budgets, follows up with other departments, consolidates reports, supervision and monitoring, etc. He ensures project ownership and hence sustainability.

Supplies management: To ensure the right education supplies and and new curriculum (textbooks) are available at the right time in schools, including timely orders for buffer stocks as appropriate. He provides all the technical specifications of the supplies to the manager to take up with supply chain. Ensures stock registers are regular updated .

Ensure integration of ECW project with other projetcs within the geographic area taking into consideration WV integrated approach, community based, chilf focus & Christian commitment.

External Engagement and Representation To ensure adequate representation of World Vision in external meetings such as those with partners and county education departments. The project coordinator participates in meetings with the state ministry, cluster and donors. The bearer will participate in trainings organized by WV or other partners as agreed by the line manager

North Counties while establishing a horizontal relationship with other project staff. He will recruit, orient, mentor and appraise staff line managed.
