Minimum requirements:

  • An advanced university degree in one of the following fields is required: education, economics, psychology, sociology, or another relevant technical field.
  • A minimum of five years of professional experience in programme planning, and management in education is required.
  • Experience working in a developing country is considered an asset.
  • Relevant experience in a UN system agency or organization is considered as an asset.
  • Fluency in English, working knowledge in French are required knowledge of Arabic is an asset.

UNICEF appointments are subject to medical clearance. Issuance of a visa by the host country of the duty station is required for IP positions and will be facilitated by UNICEF.
