Position Summary: |
This role is crucial for maintaining and advancing the technological infrastructure of YU Global’s asynchronous and self-paced certification programs. The ideal candidate will not only manage and optimize our learning management systems (LMS), but also support the creation and development of innovative course content utilizing proprietary course construction technology. This position will also oversee community engagement through online platforms like Slack, and provide IT-related support to our adult learners and team. This position also involves collaborating closely with the Director of Digital Learning & Technology at YU Global, to ensure that the technological and educational aspects of YU Global’s programs align with its strategic goals. This role requires a unique combination of technical proficiency, creativity, and excellent communication skills to support our global community of learners and enhance their learning experience. |
