About the Opportunity
- Base Salary up to $31 per hour (depending on experience) + Salary Packaging Benefits + Super
- Pay less tax – the maximum amount of not-for-profit (NFP) salary packaging available up to $18,550 per year

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate full-time permanent Educator to join the team located at Uniting Medowie Early Learning.
What you’ll be doing in this role
As a Certificate III Qualified Educator, you’ll provide quality education and care to children to help support and facilitate their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework!
Your work may include:
- Developing positive relationships that support children, their families and community.
- Facilitating play-based learning environments that are responsive to children’s interest, strengths, and abilities.
- Documenting children’s learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes
Who we’re looking for
- Must have completed a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education
- Be passionate about working with children of all ages.
- Using the Early Years Learning Framework (National Standard)
- Have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families and community members
- You’ll be adaptable, empathetic and resourceful, and be able to live Uniting’s everyday values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.
