Expertise France is launching a request for quotation for the Procurement of Repair activities of the Neurology and cardiology equipment: ECG, EEG and EMG equipment. Enclosed, you will find all pertinent documentation.

– The site visit will take place on Wednesday , 15 May 2024 , at 11:00 AM Iraqi time at the Medical and Research Centers at the University of Mosul, Iraq
(GPS 36°23’16.0″N 43°08’28.1″E).
– Closing date and time: Saturday, 25.05.2024, at 23:59 Iraqi time.
– Please confirm the field visit via the above-mentioned e-mail or by phone to be approved for participation in the tender.
– Offers submitted after the specified closing date or not following the clauses of the deposit are ineligible.
– Offers sent to any other email addresses than above mentioned, will be rejected.
– Communications, offers, technical information, email subjects, and file names preferred to be in English.
– Please use the subject of this email in all your communications, related to this tendering
– Email maximum size should not exceed 6 MB.
– Kindly send multiple emails, in case of big size attachment
– Beneficiary Profile: Share bank account details via letter from your bank signed and stamped
– Safety Questionnaire: should be filled, signed, stamped, and sent to us.
– You may share an updated quotation, before the deadline; otherwise, original quotation will be considered.
