The Role:

 

Oxfam on Syria is looking for  EFSVL Assistant To support the implementation of the EFSVL activities at field level with local Community   Committees and Authorities, and project support committee

• Demonstrated experience in implementing market -based emergency food security, livelihood project activities with agriculture, livelihoods and Value chain components.
• Demonstrated experience in use of participatory approaches to deliver agriculture, livelihoods and cash grant intervention with community leaders, local authorities and local partners
• Experience in gender and protection mainstreaming
• Strong understanding of local socio-economic development issues, institutions and local contexts for target communities

Strong ability to work within team and consult with a wide range of staff colleagues

• Flexibility and ability to manage work stress and to work under high pressure. Able to spend 100% time in the field

Pro-active and with excellent communication skills both verbal and written
