Position: ELCAN Climate Hub Manager

Hours: Full Time (35 hours per week)

Location: Home Based

Salary: £32k-36k FT gross

Fixed Term: Until 31 March 2025 (subject to funding)

Annual Leave: 28 Days Annual Leave

Pension: Lil operates an Contributory Pension Scheme

About Us:

The ELCAN Hub, a partnership between East Lothian Climate Action Network (ELCAN) and Lower
Impact Living CIC (Lil), is seeking a dynamic individual to lead transformative climate &
nature action and adaptation within the region. As the ELCAN Climate Hub Manager, you will play
a key role in cultivating a resilient and just community-driven movement that addresses the
challenges of the climate and nature emergency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project management of the ELCAN Climate Hub.
• Building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Leading the team to deliver Hub outputs & outcomes.
• Financial management, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Staff appraisals, development, and fundraising.
