Project Objective/ Scope of Work
The eLearning Developer is expected to help develop an elearning course in the area of Sustainability comprising 11 modules (approx 40 minutes each).
The following is the specific activities to be performed:
- Develop elearning modules based on the approved storyboard
- Prepare beta version and update based on comments
- Develop Final versions of the courses
- Coordinate with for integration of the eLearning content to existing learning management system (LMS)
- Pilot test the eLearning modules and finalize the courses
Qualification:
Education/Training: Relevant Education
Language: Filipino and English
Professional experience:
- At least 7-10 years of demonstrated experience in developing eLearning materials as eLearning developer;
- Strong understanding of eLearning development from concept/content development and delivery for target audiences of various nationalities;
- Solid understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles in managing the development of eLearning content and instructional media; and
- Strong experience in using course authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and blended learning and eLearning best practices.
Preferred Criteria:
- Has consultancy work experience in the development sector.
