As an Electrical Estimator, you’ll play a pivotal role in the preparation and submission of accurate and competitive electrical tenders. Your expertise will guide project costs, ensuring efficiency and profitability from inception to completion.Key Responsibilities:*Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical projects, analysing drawings, specifications, and other documentation.
*Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure estimates align with project scope.
*Source and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
*Evaluate potential risks and incorporate contingencies into estimates.
*Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and submission.
*Track project costs and provide regular updates on budget vs. actual expenditures.
*Stay up-to-date with industry trends and pricing.What We’re Looking For:*Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator.
*Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and industry best practices.
*Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
*Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
*Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
