We’re known for innovative solutions and exceeding client expectations — and now we’re looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team in Uddingston, delivering exciting projects across Glasgow and the surrounding areas.The RoleAs Electrical Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on delivering electrical work packages from start to finish — ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, on budget, and to a high standard. You’ll manage site teams, drive performance, and build strong client relationships that lead to future opportunities.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead site teams and ensure compliance with H&S, environmental, quality, and purchasing policies
  • Deliver work to industry standards, including relevant British Standards
  • Set and manage budgets, reporting to the Commercial Manager
  • Manage variations and tender additional works as needed
  • Develop and mentor your team, driving performance
  • Build strong client relationships and identify new opportunities
  • Provide technical support to clients and site teams
  • Support training and development within the team

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in M&E project management with strong electrical expertise
  • HNC (or equivalent) in Building Services Engineering or related field preferred
  • Skilled in managing commercial, design, financial, and delivery aspects of contracts
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • A proactive, client-focused approach with a commitment to quality
