Job Description

Experienced in electronic gaming with a passion for ensuring customer experiences that excite and entertain? We’re growing our electronic gaming team and currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Electronic Gaming Manager to join us at our flagship Glasgow Merchant City Casino.

As our Electronic Gaming Manager, you will own the delivery of the electronic gaming experience across both slots and e-tables. This will include maintaining brand standards across all electronic products, delivering revenue growth above budget, managing KPI’s and delivering excellent customer service. The role is pivotal in the leadership, support, and development of the wider e-gaming team.

You will:

  • Deliver an excellent electronic product and customer experience whilst upholding the principles of safer gambling.
  • Support the wider Management Team in driving the performance of the electronic gaming product measured against a balanced scorecard of targets covering finance, customer service, and team metrics.
  • Champion and role model our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility and Solutions
  • Help to build a highly capable electronic gaming team who are fanatical about customer excellence and delivery of the highest quality products.
  • Proactively drive stakes across slots and e-tables and control margin and costs to drive casino profitability.
  • Work closely with the central electronic support department to ensure Slots & e-table games are optimised for your club.
  • Create and deliver promotional campaigns to drive growth in stakes, work with the wider marketing team to optimise delivery and attend regular promotion meetings.
  • Ensure your casino proactively complies with all regulation, particularly the Gaming Commission licensing requirements, and that you are a champion for safer gambling.

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge and experience of managing all Casino Electronic products.
  • Demonstrate what excellent customer service KPI’s look like and drive NPS to target.
  • Knowledge and experience of slots and e-table products and KPIs.
  • Excellent understanding of gaming commercials for electronic gaming products operated in the sector.
  • Experienced in leading a team and can demonstrate coaching, training, and the maintaining of company standards.
  • Marketing knowledge of Electronic Gaming with experience and involvement in marketing campaigns.
