• Circuit design and PCB layout in Altium
• Writing of embedded code in C and C++
• Testing and commissioning of prototypes
• Verification testing and reporting
• Presenting to clients and co-operating with mechanical engineers and designers

Requirements

• An excellent degree in electrical, electronic or information engineering
• Experience in embedded device design
• Analogue electronics knowledge
• Understanding of Power Supply Design
• Experience in circuit simulation tools such as LTspice, Pspice
• Familiar with embedded C/C++
• Experience with microcontrollers (e.g. PIC, STM32 etc.)
• Experience in communication protocols such as RS232/RS485/USB/SPI/I2C
• Design for EMC
• Self-motivated and able to tackle new problems
• Good oral and written English communication skills
• Experience in medical devices would be an advantage although not essential
