About the role

As an Email & Content Marketing Specialist at Grantify, you play a crucial role in our marketing team, optimising sales conversions through content-driven marketing campaigns. Your primary focus will be on nurturing leads through email marketing with engaging and informative content, contributing significantly to our marketing funnel strategies. You’ll collaborate across other departments to ensure operational messaging is on brand and has the correct tone of voice. You’ll also help with other mediums (such as our website and social media), helping to craft and reappropriate content that resonates and demonstrates our value to our audience.

Your Impactful Responsibilities:

📧 Email Content: Improve engagement metrics for newsletters, reminders, and automations, and implement re-engagement and welcome flows.

🎨Content Creation and Strategy: Work closely with the team to create compelling content that aligns with Grantify’s broader strategic objectives and brand messaging across multiple touchpoints.

🔍 Email Infrastructure Compliance & Deliverability & Data Management: Optimise email platforms against deliverability standards by conducting routine checks, resolving bounce issues and cleaning lists, implementing a Sunset Policy and monitoring brand reputation with tools like Google Postmaster.

📊Reporting and Performance Analysis: Set up reporting, tag email types, benchmark click rates, and explore engagement improvement strategies.

About you

Exceptional copywriting prowess, consistently crafting compelling and engaging email content.

Extensive track record in email marketing, coupled with good knowledge of email platforms.

Confident in applying content best practices to other mediums such as social media and website

Comfortable with data hygiene, experience with email list curation, and comfortable with trying advanced strategies for ensuring optimal deliverability.

Able to conduct data analysis, leveraging insights to drive performance enhancements.

Adept at multitasking and navigating complex project landscapes, while fostering productive stakeholder relationships.

Design skills – able to craft visually engaging content and meet our brand standards

The whole process usually takes about 3 weeks end to end, but we’re flexible and will do our best to accommodate timings that will work for you. As you progress through the stages, our Talent Acquisition Manager will share feedback and information on what to expect/prepare for. We aim to provide feedback and/or updates within 72 hours of each step.
