About The Role:

As an Email Marketing Specialist at Endeavour Foundation, you will be integral to our marketing team, overseeing and enhancing our email marketing strategies. You will manage automated email workflows, including building, testing, launching, and optimising campaigns. Your role will also involve tackling problem-solving challenges, ensuring seamless execution of email campaigns and program initiatives, and handling ad hoc email requests with creativity and efficiency. Your ability to analyse data and adapt strategies will help drive client engagement and support our mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day responsibility for automated email workflows including building, testing, launching, measuring, optimising, and troubleshooting issues and errors.
  • Work with the Marketing, ICT and Client Support teams to develop marketing automation strategies and plans.
  • Expertise in managing email lists, segmenting audiences, and executing A/B testing strategies.
  • Ensures flawless execution of email campaigns from concept to delivery, adhering to best practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in optimising campaign performance and maximising engagement.
  • Lead the development of innovative email marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive program success.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital Multimedia, or a related discipline.
  • Process driven with high attention to detail and QA standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills essential for overcoming challenges and driving innovation.
  • Strong campaign reporting and analytics, with the ability to collect, analyse, and disseminate data to seek performance improvement and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
  • Developing innovative approaches to email marketing that align with brand identity and goals.
  • Organising and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines and deliver successful email campaigns.
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, content, ICT) to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Demonstrates strong capability to excel in an autonomous role, effectively managing and executing tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience with email marketing best practices, particularly in the services industry.
  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience with customer journey mapping and user flows.
  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience with email campaign performance optimisation, including creating, monitoring, and acting on test results and performance.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of user experience principles.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering a range of email marketing initiatives.
  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience setting up automations and integrations from the ground up, highly desirable.
  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience with data hygiene principles.
  • Strong campaign reporting and analytics, with demonstrated experience to collect, analyse, and share data for performance improvement.
  • HTML experience and understanding of responsive HTML email design.
  • Product and service cross-sell and upsell experience and capability.
  • Thorough knowledge of the SPAM Act, GDPR and experiencing managing data integrity.
  • Experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) and Salesforce CRM, highly desirable.
