This position involves coordinating customer-facing events, managing marketing projects, and ensuring the company’s presence at key international congresses. The role requires effective communication and organizational skills to liaise with various stakeholders and manage logistics efficiently.Responsibilities:

• Coordinate EMEA customer-facing marketing events, ensuring compliance with relevant codes of practice.
• Support the EMEA Oncology marketing team in executing marketing tactics and projects.
• Manage logistics for pan-European meetings, including advisory boards and speaker meetings.
• Develop contracts and ensure timely payment of honoraria and expenses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer activities in the HCP tracking system.
• Ensure all marketing materials are approved through the Promo Mats Veeva system.
• Set up and maintain filing and tracking systems using SharePoint.
• Arrange internal and external meetings, travel, and hotel requirements for the team.
• Track and manage EMEA Marketing budgets.
• Provide holiday cover for departmental marketing coordinators as needed.
• Coordinate logistics for the company’s presence at international congresses.
• Liaise with internal departments and external agencies for event coordination.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in Outlook, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Project).
• Experience with web-based content management systems like EPIC.
• Familiarity with Ariba and Veeva PromoMats.
• Ability to work in a smart working environment with international travel.
• Strong communication skills to interact with brand teams, affiliate teams, and external partners.
