You will be a permanent employee.You will attract a salary depending on your skills, qualifications and experience and a bonus of 7.5%. JOB PURPOSETo work as part of a successful team to deliver UK Power Networks Employee Engagement Strategy. Support the coordination of activities to improve employee engagement across the company, and on occasion out of hours. Working with managers and supporting employees by advising on projects and encouraging participation on a broad range of employee engagement activities. Reporting and tracking on progress to ensure programs deliver value for money and a return on investment.PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
NATURE & SCOPEUK Power Networks develops, delivers, and manages safe and sustainable electricity distribution networks. We work in both regulated and unregulated markets. The vast majority of our employees work in the regulated business – the public electricity networks – working with our regulator Ofgem in a series of regulatory review periods. A smaller proportion of the business takes on major commercial projects and contracting assignments ranging from supporting BAA at the major London airports to Powerlink, the private maintainer of much of the London Underground.SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
