  • Lead the design and delivery of wellbeing and engagement strategies that support a thriving workforce.
  • Develop inclusive initiatives that reflect the diverse needs of employees and promote a culture of belonging.
  • Work closely with HR, Public Health, and leadership teams to embed wellbeing into everyday operations.
  • Oversee key services like occupational health and employee assistance, ensuring they deliver real value.
  • Use data and feedback to measure impact and continuously improve employee experience.
  • Act as a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organisation.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently to build awareness and support for wellbeing and DEI initiatives.

  • Understand how to manage projects, navigate change, and deliver results.
  • Hold a relevant qualification or have equivalent experience in HR, wellbeing, or inclusion.
