As key member of our busy team, we are looking for a capable and self motivated part-time administrator to work collaboratively across our friendly team and with key stakeholders. You will be liaising directly with our University Executive Board, Trade Unions, and all levels of our staff on a daily basis.
You will support our team in delivering cohesive employee relations services by arranging and supporting formal meetings, taking notes and minuting, managing the administration of a number of our processes, and creating and reporting on management information amongst a wide range of other interesting activities.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- The ability to organise work and time effectively and to cope with changing priorities;
- The ability to work on your own initiative, and to effectively work within a team;
- An eye for detail;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Confident note taking and minute taking skills;
- Have a solution focused approach;
- Have an understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
