This is where you come in.The opportunity ✨We’re looking for an Employer Brand Manager to join our newly formed Communications Team. We are an expert team spanning internal communications, culture, employer brand and corporate communications, ready to push our growing businesses forward. You’ll work brilliantly with the team, reporting to the Head of Communications, to make sure our range of audiences, both internally and externally, are aware and excited about IAG Loyalty as a place to work.What you’ll get up to 🌠

  • Recruitment marketing: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop, implement, and manage innovative recruitment marketing strategies, understanding the hiring needs and tailoring campaigns accordingly. Analyse and report on the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Amplify colleague voice: Build strong relationships with colleagues to uncover stories and experiences that are important to our people, aligning to our values and EVP (Employee Value Proposition) where relevant. Work with the Internal Communications Manager to amplify content across our channels, spotting opportunities for advocacy to strengthen our brand.
  • Storytelling and content creation: You’ll be closely connected and kept updated by teams across IAG Loyalty. Capturing content that celebrates our culture – from fundraisers and Summer Socials – to shouting about our latest roles and latest product launches. You’ll work with the wider Comms Team to plan and connect back to our EVP, to reach candidates and colleagues.
  • Brand management: Monitor and manage our employer brand presence across various platforms externally, including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, our career site and job boards to ensure we’re relevant and responsive. Work is viewed through an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion lens, aiming for inclusive, accessible content that people from all walks of life can engage with. Share awareness of latest trends in employer branding and recruitment marketing to make recommendations to inform future work.
  • Partnerships: Collaborate with a range of external partners; from platforms such as ‘Women in Tech’, to our Employer Brand agency, job boards, Glassdoor team and more, to ensure our brand is consistent, and that we’re getting the most bang for our buck. You’ll carry this same focus on brand guardianship through our People Teams to act as the connecting link for our brand across all parts of the colleague lifecycle.

  • Works well in a team environment and values the input of others. You’re also comfortable collaborating on digital platforms, such as Mural (we’ll train you up on this!)
  • Values diverse perspectives and experiences.
  • You’ll bring passion for your specialism, energy and fearlessness to innovate and reimagine.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities in an exciting environment spanning retail, loyalty and travel.
  • Can balance reactive hiring needs with a long-term content plan to move the dial forward on our brand and culture.
  • You’ve the ability to spot a great experience or story and turn it into content that will reach and inspire a range of audiences; from blogs and videos to LinkedIn posts – and you do it in IAG Loyalty style, so it feels like ‘Us’.
  • Comfortable managing external partners and suppliers.
  • You use data to inform your work, and the work of those around you. You’re comfortable influencing plans based on the wealth of data you have access to in the Employer Brand space.
  • Bonus: We use ‘Canva’ day to day for our branded assets, so experience on this tool is useful. We’d also love to hear any experience managing social channels, over and above LinkedIn.

The role has a blended base, between our Central London office and home. We trust you to make the right decision about the type of work that is best done in each location. We expect you’ll achieve a 50/50 split between the two and there may be times where you’ll want to visit our other locations to tell their stories, too (fully reimbursed).What you’ll get in return 🤝A few to spark your interest below, and you’ll find even more on our
